The city of Padova, popular worldwide for its unparalleled historical, artistic and cultural heritage, features a great number of attractions:

Its international fame is now enhanced by a new communication plan, 'Discover Padova', with the aim to optimise the tourist offer of the city.
The promotional project of the 'Padova' brand is mainly carried out in the web, and among the tools of this new strategy there is a photographic contest aimed at promoting the city and its tourist attractions.
The shot that will win the prize, a weekend in Padova, will have to highlight the beauties of Padova, as well as the emotions it stirs, also thanks to the countless cultural and entertainment events it offers.
Entering the contest is free and anyone is eligible: in order to enter, it is enough to fill in the form on the website www.discoverpadova.com and upload your picture of the city.
Every picture will be shared on the Facebook page of 'DiscoverPadova.com', where users will vote for their favourite photos.
The 100 photos that get the highest number of 'LIKE' will be evaluated by the jury that will select the overall winner.
The prize consists in a weekend for 2 people including a stay of 2 nights and breakfast at 4 star AC Hotel Padova, as well as 2 PadovaCards, offering a range of benefits such as free admission at museums and monuments, and the use of public transportation at a reduced rate: a wonderful chance to enjoy a captivating experience of the city that is known as the 'nursery of arts'.
All photographers, both professional and amateur, who captured Padova with their cameras, are invited to go to the website www.discoverpadova.com and submit their picture.
The entry deadline is January 30th, 2014.
