It's on the beautiful island of Pantelleria, south
west of Sicily, just above Tunisia.
The House:
Made
of 2 separate appartments that can be comunicating through a middle door.
Appartment A:
2 double bedrooms, living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms, garden,
panoramic terrace of about 70 sqm, private entrance, parking place, patio and
private descent to the sea. External shower on the way to the sea.
Appartment B:
2 double bedrooms, living room and kitchen, 1 bathroom, garden, panoramic
terrace of about 30 sqm, private entrance parking place, patio and private
descent to the sea.
No sand beach, but rocks from where
you can dive directly in the Mediterranean sea!! The island is vulcanic,
beautiful and wild. It's a very quiet place, so perfect if you look for peace
and relaxation...
The appartments are
available for rent per week from May through November, and they can be rented
toghether or separately.
Rental prizes (2012):
Prizes include electricity, water, gas, weekly
change of bed sheets and initial cleaning. The cleaning at the end of the stay
is extra. If necessary, daily cleaning can be provided, extra.
