Mijn naam is Adriano Raimondi. Ik kom uit Calabria, een van de zuidelijke provincies in Italië.
Ik ben 35 jaar restauranthouder  met 20 jaar pizzabakker ervaring. 
In mijn carrière was ik altijd op zoek naar de juiste houtsoorten voor mijn pizzaoven. 
Met veel trots mag ik het aan mijn nieuwe klanten aanbevelen.

Voor een echte pizza is een mengsel van beuken, eiken en essenhout het meest optimaal. 
Het hout brand rustig maar met een hoog rendement. 
Deze houtsoorten zijn ook het meest geschikt om uw pizzaoven schoon en onderhoudsvrij te houden.
De toevoeging van olijfhout maakt de smaak en aroma van de pizza speciaal en onvergetelijk.
Het mengsel van hout is oven gedroogd wat een vochtigheid van 10%-18% garandeert.
Een groot gedeelte van het hout komt uit mijn eigen olijfgaarden in Calabria.
Het gehele houtassortiment is vrij van toevoegingen en bestrijdingsmiddelen.

Wij hebben een breed assortiment aan verpakkingen die de afname makkelijk maken:

• Pallets van 1,8 m3
• Netzakken van 10 en 15 kg
• Kartonnen dozen van 20 kg

Na overleg worden de zakken of dozen zonder toeslag door ons naar de aangewezen locatie of opslag getransporteerd .

Ons olijfhout komt uit de streek van Calabria. 
Door te stoken met onze selectie van beukenhout en olijfhout krijgt u het best mogelijke resultaat, wat voor uw klanten een bijzondere pizza ervaring garandeert.
Hierdoor krijgt u de kwaliteit van een heerlijke knapperige pizza, zoals gebakken in de originele Italiaanse hout gestookte steenovens met een heerlijk aroma van olijvenhout en beuken.

Beukenhout:
Beukenhout is een schone, taaie, harde houtsoort. 
Het brand traag en geeft veel warme af met een mooi vlammenspel.

Beukenhout heeft de volgende eigenschappen:

• Taaie en harde houtsoort.
• Heeft een zeer schone verbranding en heeft een reinigende werken op de afvoerpijp.
• Brandt lang en traag
• Geeft veel warmte af. Hoge warmte afgifte in korte tijd (ideaal voor het bakken van pizza en brood).
• Mooi vlammenspel
• Geschikt voor elk type pizzaoven. 
• Brandwaarde: 4,2 KWh/kg. 2100 KWh/Stère

Beukenhout is één van de mooiste houtsoorten om te branden, zeer geschikt voor eigenlijk iedere soort oven en kachel.

PERSBERICHT: Protestactie voor behoud Italiaanse zender Rai 1 op Ziggo-kabel van start!

Amsterdam - 1 maart 2015. Een groep Italianen is gestart met een actie om Ziggo te bewegen de Italiaanse publieke zender Rai 1 op de kabel te behouden. 

Ziggo kondigde aan per 1 april 2015 zowel de Italiaanse tv-zender te schrappen ten voordele van de commerciële zender Mediaset Italia. Daarmee zou Rai1 - nadat UPC en KPN die ook schrapten - praktisch gezien in Nederland heel weinig beschikbaar zal zijn. Naar aanleiding van discussies op internetfora (waaronder ook die van Ziggo) bleek dat steeds meer mensen verbaasd waren over het besluit van de kabelaar Ziggo om Rai 1 te schrappen en is het initiatief geboren om tot actie over te gaan opdat de zender in Nederland te zien blijft. 

Via Facebook, via change.org, via de Ziggo-community forums worden mensen opgeroepen te reageren. 

Rai 1 is dè Italiaanse zender bij uitstek en kan niet missen in landschap van Europese zenders

Italiaans relevant!

Italiaans is een relevante taal in Europa. Naast de 61,7 miljoen Italianen in Italië zijn Italianen behoorlijk vertegenwoordigd in Nederland. Een ruwe schatting maakt dat er waarschijnlijk meer dan 50.000 in Nederland wonen. Daarnaast zijn er ook veel Nederlandes die de Italiaanse taal machtig zijn. Er zijn zelfs middelbare scholen waar Italiaans als regulier eindexamenvak aanbieden. Italiaans is de taal van Dante, de taal van cultuur, romantiek en genieten van het leven! Rai 1 is een hulpmiddel bij het leren van Italiaans dankzij ondertiteling van vele programma's in zowel Italiaans als Engels via teletekst (Rai Televideo).

Spettacolo Sportivo 2015. Een groot Alfa Romeo festijn op het TT-Circuit van Assen (22 en 23 augustus).

Hierbij wil ik jullie uitnodigen om aanwezig te zijn op het Spettacolo Sportivo. Zoals Elk jaar weer een groot Alfa Romeo festijn.

Na twee jaar Zandvoort doet het Spettacolo Sportivo Alfa Romeo het TT-Circuit van Assen weer aan. Toen we daar in 2012 waren was het nogal fris, om niet te zeggen koud. Dat lag aan het vroege tijdstip in het jaar (eerste weekend van mei) en dat zal ons dit keer niet gebeuren, het Spettacolo staat nu gepland voor het weekend van 22 en 23 augustus.

Een tweedaags evenement met races, vrij rijden voor leden, rijdstijlcursussen op hoog niveau, expositie van bijzondere modellen, Alfa Kids Club en nog veel meer. Uiteraard draait alles bij dit evenement om het mooie Italiaanse merk Alfa Romeo.

Hoofdthema voor 2015 is de Alfa 75, die 30 jaar daarvoor het levenslicht zag. De gezinsbolide, onder leiding van Ermanno Cressoni in Alfa Romeo's Centro Stile ontworpen, kreeg die naam omdat Alfa in 1985 75 jaar bestond.

Naast het 75-thema zullen er nog wat kleinere maar interessante thema's zijn, maar die verklappen we nog niet. Het programma omvat verder weer vele vertrouwde activiteiten. Mocht u een indruk willen krijgen van ons Spettacolo Sportivo bekijk dan even deze link. 

Vorig jaar hebben we een geweldig weekend gehad met een leuke sfeer. Deze hopen we ook dit jaar weer te mogen krijgen. Er is beperkt plek dus wees er snel bij!

Wij zullen in ieder geval ons uiterste best voor doen om er weer een super evenement van te maken!

Ragazza olandese lancia l’iniziativa #ScusaRoma: “Mi sono vergognata”

Elisabeth racconta a Blog di Sport il suo progetto #ScusaRoma e le sensazioni che ha provato nel vedere la città italiana devastata dai suoi connazionali.

Elisabeth Jane Bertrand è una ragazza di origini olandesi ma che, per lavoro, si trova a vivere in Italia. Il disastro procurato a Roma dai suoi concittadini le ha provocato un grande dolore, tanto che ha deciso di avviare un progetto chiamato #ScusaRoma. Il progetto consiste in una raccolta fondi da parte dei cittadini olandesi che vogliono chiedere scusa ai romani per quello successo qualche giorno fa prima dell’incontro di Europa League fra Roma e Feyenoord. Blog di Sport ha intervistato la promotrice del progetto. Di seguito l’intervista in inglese e la traduzione in italiano per i nostri appassionati lettori.

1) You are dutch-born but you’re living in Italy for work. What did you feel when you saw what happened in Rome?

I was shocked that the city of Rome would allow drunk football supporters on the Piazza di Spagna or for that matter anywhere near the historical centre of Rome. I was ashamed too because these were Dutch supporters. When I first made my comments in the back of my mind I was thinking of the expression ‘the Dutch are in the wrong place at the wrong time’. 
These could have been English, German or Polish, the result would have been the same. I knew that the mayor had recently inaugurated the fountain. I knew the emotions out of Italy would be extreme. I also knew more or less how our authorities would react (and they seem arrogant I know, but they are what they are, authorities). The citizens of Holland are much more emotional and ashamed.


2) What is your project and why you decided to start it?

My first priority is to protect the most important industry of Italy and in this line of thought perhaps also my investment of time and work to promote Italy as a safe, beautiful tourism destination. I have no help with this because your Tourism authorities from ENIT closed the offices back in 2011 in Amsterdam due to budget shortage. Secondly, I know that normal people in Holland needed a way to express their dismay and shame for seeing the shocking pictures from the Piazza di Spagna that night.
We have nothing to do with what politicians think or say, when you speak with the people of Holland you will see only people with a big heart and compassion. We feel terrible but we feel hurt by generalizations. 
In the press about the Dutch, what shocked me even more were headlines in
Newspapers in Italy calling us ‘Barbari Olandesi’. In addition I was shocked that Dutch citizens living in Italy in peace for many years are suddenly being harassed and insulted. 
My project is therefore probably a better job in P.R. and appeasement of the situation than anybody has contributed.


3) Do you think that Holland should take action with citizens involved in the disaster?

I think drunken, ignorant supporters, hooligans should be in jail. The legal and justice system in Holland and Italy need to take care of that. I have to trust in this judgement.


4) Holland should pay the damages caused to the historic monuments of Rome?

First, in reference to using the term ‘disaster’. I don’t think of it as a disaster, I think of it as a P.R. nightmare, a misrepresentation of the facts and an outburst of emotion in the aftermath. The damages are now more than compensated, there is even the Dutch restoration company Woudenberg who wants to restore the Fontana della Barcaccia for free. 
I also have € 10,000 form the collection of ScusaRoma. If there are more
damages I want to see the facts on paper. The money we collected is a collection in kindness and goodwill to share in your grief over the terrible situation. I think that appealing to the goodwill of citizens, among which 2 million people that come to your country every year on holiday and adore this country does more than appealing to our government and authorities. Yes we (as a people) are ashamed to be confronted with this violence.


5) Do you think that your project may be enough to get the forgiveness of Rome?

Rome doesn’t have to forgive us as ordinary Dutch citizens if they don’t want to. We did our best to speak up as fast as we possibly could. It is a matter of wanting to forgive us, that decision is up to the Romans. I think you confuse authorities with ordinary people. 
Besides three of the main political parties in Holland already sent a request to the House of Commons to accept a reasonable contribution to damages. I think the people have spoken in Holland, now we give kick the ball onto your side of the field.

1) Tu sei di origine olandese, ma vivi in Italia per lavoro. Cosa hai provato quando hai visto quello che è successo a Roma?
Sono rimasto scioccata che la città di Roma consentisse a tifosi ubriachi di essere in Piazza di Spagna o comunque in un posto vicino al centro storico di Roma. Mi vergognavo troppo perché erano tifosi olandesi. Quando ho fatto le mie osservazioni nella mia mente stavo pensando all’espressione “gli olandesi sono nel posto sbagliato al momento sbagliato”. Questi sarebbero potuti essere inglesi, tedeschi o polacchi, il risultato sarebbe stato lo stesso. Sapevo che il sindaco aveva recentemente inaugurato la fontana. Sapevo che le emozioni fuori d’Italia sarebbero state estreme. Sapevo anche, più o meno come le nostre autorità avrebbero reagito (e sembrano arroganti lo so, ma sono quello che sono, le autorità). I cittadini dell’Olanda sono molto più emotivi e vergognosi.

2) Qual è il tuo progetto e perché hai deciso di avviarlo?
La mia prima priorità è quella di proteggere il settore più importante dell’Italia e su questa linea di pensiero, forse anche il mio investimento di tempo e di lavoro per promuovere l’Italia come una sicura, bellissima destinazione turistica. Io non ho aiuti in questo perché le vostre autorità del turismo (ENIT) hanno chiuso gli uffici ad Amsterdam nel 2011 a causa di una riduzione di bilancio. In secondo luogo, lo so che le persone normali in Olanda hanno bisogno di un modo per esprimere il loro sgomento e vergogna per aver visto le immagini scioccanti da Piazza di Spagna quella notte.
Non abbiamo nulla a che fare con ciò che i politici pensano o dicono, quando parli con la gente olandese, vedrai solo persone con un grande cuore e compassione. Ci sentiamo pessimi, ma ci sentiamo feriti dalle generalizzazioni. Negli articoli relativi agli olandesi, ciò che mi ha scioccato ancora di più sono stati i titoli dei Quotidiani italiani, che ci hanno chiamato “Barbari Olandesi”. Inoltre, ero scioccata dal fatto che i cittadini olandesi residenti in Italia in pace per molti anni sono stati improvvisamente molestati ed insultati. Il mio progetto è quindi probabilmente un lavoro migliore in Public Relation ed una pacificazione di una situazione dove chiunque ha contribuito.

3) Pensi che l’Olanda debba prendere provvedimenti nei confronti dei cittadini coinvolti nel disastro?
Penso che gli ubriachi, i tifosi ignoranti e i teppisti dovrebbero essere in galera. Il sistema giuridico e la giustizia in Olanda e in Italia hanno bisogno di interessarsi di questo. Devo fidarmi di questo giudizio.

4) L’Olanda dovrebbe pagare i danni causati ai monumenti storici di Roma?
In primo luogo, in riferimento all’utilizzo del termine “disastro”. Io non penso a questo come un disastro, penso che sia un incubo di Pubbliche Relazioni, un travisamento dei fatti e in seguito uno scoppio di emozioni. I danni sono ora più che compensati, c’è anche la società di restauro olandese Woudenberg che vuole ripristinare la Fontana della Barcaccia gratis. Io
ho anche 10.000€ dalla raccolta fondi di #ScusaRoma. Se ci sono più danni voglio vedere i fatti su carta. I soldi che abbiamo raccolto sono una donazione e rappresentano la buona volontà di condividere il vostro dolore per la situazione terribile. Credo che facendo appello alla buona volontà dei cittadini, tra cui 2 milioni di persone che arrivano al tuo paese ogni anno in vacanza per adorare questo paese, non ci si limita a fare appello al nostro governo e alle autorità. Sì, noi (come persone) ci vergogniamo di essere di fronte a questa violenza.

5) Pensi che il progetto possa essere sufficiente per ottenere il perdono di Roma?
Roma non ha bisogno di perdonare noi comuni cittadini olandesi, se non lo vuole fare. Abbiamo fatto del nostro meglio per parlare apertamente più in fretta che potevamo. La questione di volerci perdonare, è una decisione che spetta ai romani. Penso che tu confonda le persone comuni con le autorità. Inoltre tre dei principali partiti olandesi hanno inviato alla Camera dei Comuni una richiesta di accettare un contributo ragionevole come risarcimento. Penso che la gente abbia parlato in Olanda, e ora è tempo di dare calci al pallone in campo.
